Our policy lasts 90 days.
During these 90 Days you can return our products no questions asked. We only allow for frames to be returned as the graphics/canvas our custom to you.
If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exceptions can be made for special circumstances.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This may include the email notification that you received from BEAUX FRAMES LLC
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong color. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send a return label to you for printing.
